This page will give you all the information you need to translate Freeplane into your own language. It is quite a simple process:
1) Download the Popeye translation tool
2) Watch the Flash tutorial on how to make a translation file.
3) Go to the tracker (requires Sourceforge log-in) and upload your file under Project-->Translations.
And you're done!
